On the Giants Defense:

“Well, they get a lot of credit, and they should. They’re great players. I think the new coordinator coming to New York made a real impact. They have a great blitz package. They’re really good, Justin Tuck is all over the place. I’ve got a lot of respect for Pierce, their linebacker. He’s the ring leader of the defense. They all hit, and they all play hard, so it’ll be a real challenge for us.

On stopping key players like Jacobs and Burress:

“Well, he’s not just a big back. He’s as big of a back as I’ve ever seen play. When you have Brandon Jacobs, bringing him to the ground is going to be a real challenge. It’s hard because you have Burress out there, and when you put him all by himself he’s a matchup problem for everyone in the league. You have to stop a lot of different things when you play the Giants.”

One quick sentence when describing preparation for the game:

“We’ll be working, like New York will, Day and Night to get ready for this game.”
